One of the Swedish House Mafia member's most sought-after bootlegs is now an official single

Steve Angello has officially shared his remix of Basement Jaxx's 2001 classic, 'Where's Your Head At'. You can listen to the track below. Out now on XL, prior to its release the track ranked as one of Angello's most sought-after bootlegs, having been played in many of his sets over the years. Most recently, the rework appeared in Swedish House Mafia's headline performance at Ultra Festival in Miami, reigniting hype amongst fans that it was set for an official release. “Basement Jaxx were a defining part of my youth, this track stayed with me through so many moments and really shaped who I became as an artist," said Angello. "I made a bootleg of it years ago, just out of pure love, so getting the chance to come back to it and release it as an official remix honestly means a lot. Full circle.” The remix arrives as Basement Jaxx gear up for a busy summer celebrating the 25th anniversary of their landmark second LP, 'Rooty'. Certified platinum in the UK, 'Where's Your Head At?' peaked at number nine in the British charts. 'Rooty' also features iconic tracks like 'Romeo, 'Jus 1 Kiss', and 'Get Me Off'.
